Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the items are returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please visit our main website at palacegiftsshop.com and access the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ section within your account details. You will be required to provide your order number and the email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found in your original confirmation email.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
We kindly remind you that for hygiene reasons, certain personal items such as earrings, and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
